Paul Callighan

About

Paul Callighan is a former ComEd utility executive whose job responsibilities were corporate relations, government relations, media relations and economic development.  He primarily worked in an area served by offices in DeKalb and Rockford for more than 30 years with various increasing levels of responsibility and retired in 2015.  For ten years prior to joining ComEd, Callighan held news and management positions at radio stations in Sandwich-Plano, Joliet, and Chicago.

Callighan currently serves on the boards of the DeKalb County Economic Development Corporation, Kishwaukee United Way, and United Way of Illinois.

Callighan earned a master’s degree in business administration from Rockford University.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from North Central College in Naperville.
